- In the Discovery phase, we'll dig into the current state of affairs. Let's uncover challenges, identify pain points, and craft a set of high-level requirements to guide us forward.
- Moving into Alpha, we'll leverage the insights gained in Discovery to shape our designs. We'll question assumptions and foster discussions about potential solutions, ensuring our approach is innovative and effective.
- As we transition to Beta, it's time to fine-tune our solution. We'll refine our designs and collaborate closely with the development team to bring them to life. I'll establish and maintain a central source of truth for content, ensuring alignment with our initial requirements every step of the way.
- I also have experience in managing backlogs during continuous improvement initiatives. By actively listening to customer insights, support tickets, and client feedback, we collaboratively develop a backlog of designs that adapts to our users' evolving needs.
At each stage I will be on hand to motivate and be a guiding hand for each member of the UCD team where it may be needed. Guiding and advising while also providing time and space for each member of the team to be an effective member, all the way from Discovery through and into Continuous Improvement.
